My massages have an objective, they are therapeutic in nature with a focus on realigning the body and moving out any tensions and blockages along the way. My deep tissue work is unique. Earning trust with each client allows deeper access to the muscular structures avoiding the need to force a way through to find relief and release.
When there is injury or strain, secondary muscles come to aide in order to protect such conditions, and must be properly massaged to ease the protective layers of muscle tissue that subconsciously build over extended periods of time. I bring each client's awareness back into the body and explain these patterns in detail to advise and guide maximum release. Breath is a critical tool used to accelerate the process of release in each session. Posture and proper body mechanics are essential to keeping and maintaining a healthy body. When we become aware of these patterns, chronic pains and issues dissipate faster.
